Write to the camp desk and a named scout will answer.
Every brief that arrives at VADASZ ENTERPRISES LLC is read by a person, not a queue. Tell us what your field looks like, what has already been tried, and roughly when you would like a season to open. A short paragraph is enough to begin. If you prefer to speak first, call the camp line and leave a message with a good hour to return the call.

Hours are local to Logan, Utah. Messages left outside hours are read on the next working morning.
Three questions we hear most often.
Typical lead time is three to five weeks from an accepted brief, because a bay requires a quiet calendar and a named scout on our side who will stay through the whole observation. If the field is urgent we can sometimes open a shortened bay within ten working days, but we will say plainly whether that shortens the record and what we would miss.
Yes. Our lodge is in Logan, and our observation work often happens at client sites across the Intermountain West and beyond. Travel and overnight stays are agreed in the brief so there are no surprises later. Remote bays are possible where the operation is fully instrumented, though we always prefer to stand in the room at least once.
A description of the operation in your own words, the systems involved, what has already been tried, and the outcome you would consider a success. Rough dates help. It is fine to send something unfinished. A good scout proposal usually begins from a rough brief and a short call rather than from a polished request for information.
